A leading global provider of data center infrastructure & electrical solutions is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth across Southeast Asia. This is a high-impact role focused on managing and expanding key accounts within the data center vertical, with a strong emphasis on solution selling, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Account Leadership :
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts in the region, developing tailored strategies to grow revenue and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Sales Growth & Execution :
- Drive revenue, profitability, and KPIs through effective sales planning, CRM management (Salesforce), and proactive lead generation.
- Cross-Selling & Innovation :
- Promote a diverse portfolio of infrastructure solutions across existing and new accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and innovation.
- Contract & Relationship Management :
- Lead contract negotiations, ensure timely renewals, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the account lifecycle.
- Collaboration & Teamwork :
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, customer service) and global account teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
Requirements :
5+ years of key account management or business development within the data center industry .Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Business.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel regionally across South-East Asia (up to 50%)If you are interested in the position, please apply directly with your latest English CV.
