Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and approve staff leave applications, and ensure proper clocking in / out when reporting to work.
  • Handle leave clearance during staff resignation, ensuring records are accurate and tally in the Bipo system.
  • Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and appeals.
  • Source and arrange Hygiene Courses for employees.
  • Process government-related claims such as childcare payments and levy waivers for foreign workers.
  • Prepare and process part-time staff payments.
  • Manage credit tips payments in Xero and bank (SB & Baia); for Sospiri, handle bank payments only.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts for new hires.
  • Coordinate with MOM on surveys and inspections, including preparing required documents.
  • Address staff grievances, provide support, and resolve workplace issues.
  • Issue warning letters when necessary.
  • Track probation periods, appraisals, and staff confirmations.
  • Prepare promotion letters, salary adjustment letters, and staff transfer documentation.
  • Handle final salary computation and ensure the return of company property upon staff exit.
