About Our Client

Client is a global Internet Technology company which focuses on building mobile applications to connect people using technology in social space. This role is based in Singapore. Looking for a SRE, with experience working in large scale data center. You will be part of the pioneering to build scalable platform that helps improve organisation's operational efficiency.

Job Description

• Operate basic system infrastructures like DNS, NTP, authentication services like kerberos.
• Perform security updates and protect enterprise infrastructure at system and network level.
• Build security tools and processes for critical infrastructure protection, monitoring and remediation.
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions , applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities , and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Someone with at least 3-8 years work experiences in technical troubleshooting, with hands-on scripting skills will be useful for this position. Knowledge in network infrastructure and / or routing, Linux is good to have.
