Responsibilities :
Perform test ride (bike)Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanic to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobsCommunicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance neededGenerate quotations, invoices and process payments accuratelyFollow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.Any other duties as assigned by ManagerRequirements :
