SALES MANAGER - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• At least 2 years experience and expert in Crystal, Natural stones and ornaments knowledge
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events, accept work late.
