Location : Jalan Besar

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9.30amAM - 6.30PM

Salary : range 3k - 4k per month

We're looking for a Human Resource Manager with an HR Business Partner (HRBP) mindset -someone who can build a strong, motivated team while ensuring that HR processes support our growing real estate business.

What You'll Be Doing :

As the HR Business Partner for SN Real Estate, you'll play a key role in managing our most valuable asset- our people ! Your responsibilities include :

  • Developing and implementing HR policies that align with our company's objectives and culture.
  • Managing the full HR spectrum , including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
  • Acting as a key HR partner to agents and employees , ensuring they have the support they need to succeed in the fast-paced real estate industry.
  • Enhancing employee engagement by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and workplace events.
  • Handling employee relations, engagement activities, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and care.
  • Providing HR guidance to leadership, ensuring our people strategy supports business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
  • Assisting in applying for HR-related grants and permits to support team development.
  • Contributing to strategic HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Other HR-related tasks as assigned -we value fresh ideas and innovation!

Who We're Looking For :

  • A people-first HR professional who enjoys working with a dynamic and growing team.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience (bonus if you have experience in real estate or a fast-paced industry!). Fresh Grad with relevant course experience are welcome!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills -you'll be interacting with agents, employees, and leadership daily.
  • A proactive, extroverted leader who thrives in a people-driven and fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively , ensuring HR functions run smoothly while supporting a growing team.
  • IT-savvy and comfortable with HR systems.
  • Able to start immediately.
