Roles & Responsibilities

Summary

This role focuses on compliance support, audit readiness, and governance assurance for IT systems onboarding to government compliance platforms. You will guide application teams through compliance checks, conduct verifications, maintain documentation, and ensure timely audit preparation. Working closely with project and engineering teams, you will help identify gaps, improve processes, and develop dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to track compliance status.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years’ experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) , strong knowledge of government IT security policies, and a proven track record in audit support and compliance verification .

Contract Duration : 24 months
Salary : $6000 to $8000 per month + AWS + Bonuses (up to 4 months)
Qualification : Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
Location : Bukit Merah
Work Hours : Mon–Fri, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

Provide advisory and guidance to application teams preparing for compliance verification and audit readiness .

Conduct regular compliance assurance checks to validate processes, standards, and controls against government IT security policies.

Develop and update checklists, protocols, and documentation for maintaining compliance standards.

Lead and manage the compliance onboarding of application systems to ensure timely completion.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify gaps, propose improvements, and close compliance findings .

Develop and maintain management reporting dashboards with tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Who We’re Looking For

Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), audit support, or IT operations with compliance exposure .

Proven experience in compliance verification, audits, and risk management .

Strong communication skills to work across business and technical teams.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance challenges and security risks.

Familiarity with government IT security policies and audit processes (essential).

Proactive in streamlining compliance processes and incorporating feedback from audits.

Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau (advantage).
