About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and multi-skilled Dental Surgery Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Dental Werks' in Farrer Road, Singapore. As a Dental Surgery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice. This is a full-time position with a 5.5-day work week.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting dentists during dental procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and managing the clinical environment
• Sterilizing and maintaining dental equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries and administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality of patient information
• Supporting the dental team in various other duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and the dental team
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sterilization and infection control
• A genuine interest in the dental industry and a desire to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients
