Responsibilities :
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for Java-based
applications within banking or financial operations.
Diagnose and resolve application issues within defined
Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate
with business users and technical teams to analyze and resolve
incidents.
Run basic SQL queries to
investigate and resolve data-related problems.
Maintain and update documentation for recurring issues,
including solutions and workarounds in the knowledge
base.
Assist in application deployments,
patching, and configuration changes during scheduled release
windows.
Escalate unresolved or complex
technical issues to senior engineers or development teams, ensuring
timely
resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
Over 5 years
of hands-on experience in Java and Microservices-based J2EE
application development or support.
Strong
understanding of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and web
services.
Proficient in working with
relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
Experience with Linux / Unix environments and shell
scripting.
