Roles & Responsibilities
As the Instructional designer, the job holder is responsible for design and develop eLearning content, which include courseware design and training content creation. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Design and develop of eLearning content that consist of an assortment of media types such as video, animation and other instructional technologies.
- Develop, conceptualise and edit storyboard that will be translated into finished interactive content.
- Develop instructional materials, manuals, aide memoire and learning resources.
- Develop and design the courseware by incorporating technology and relevant learning pedagogies for effective learning.
- Develop assessment criteria, tests, assignments and examination.
- Work with Project Manager (PM) to define project scope (level of interactivity, objective, timeline and etc.).
- Work with Content Developer (CD) team to design and develop engaging interactive courseware for adult learning.
- Perform courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard. Job Specifications
EDUCATION
Degree in any discipline. Preference is given to degree in instructional design, education, psychology, instructional technology or related qualifications. Post-graduate qualification in Education or Instructional Design will be an advantage.EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and / or training.
SKILLS
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging storyboards using a variety of techniques.Tell employers what skills you have
