Roles & Responsibilities

新加坡华泰能源有限公司,一家位于新达城的蓬勃发展的能源公司,现诚聘一位经验丰富的董事长助理兼办公室主任加入我们的团队。

Huatai Energy Pte Ltd, a thriving energy company located in Suntec, is seeking an experienced Chairman Assistant to join our team.

主要职责:

  • 协助董事长处理日常事务,安排和跟进各项工作进度。
  • 准备会议材料、撰写报告及重要文件,并参与会议记录与决议跟进。
  • 协助董事长进行商务谈判、对外沟通及公共关系维护。
  • 收集行业及公司运营相关信息,提供分析报告和决策支持。
  • 安排董事长的工作日程及出行事务,确保时间管理高效。
  • 完成董事长交办的其他工作任务。

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Chairman in handling daily affairs, coordinating and following up on work progress.
  • Prepare meeting materials, draft reports and important documents, and participate in meeting minutes and resolution follow-ups.
  • Assist the Chairman with business negotiations, external communications, and public relations activities.
  • Collect industry and company operational information to provide analysis reports and decision-making support.
  • Arrange the Chairman’s schedule and travel plans to ensure efficient time management.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
  • 任职资格:

  • 本科及以上学历,工商管理、金融、法律、经济等相关专业优先;
  • 有至少10年董事长助理或高管助理经验者优先。
  • 流利的中文和英文听说读写能力,能够胜任与国际客户的沟通。
  • 具备较强的沟通协调能力、学习能力及逻辑分析能力。
  • 文字功底扎实,能撰写高质量的公文、报告及演讲稿。
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)。
  • 具备优秀的组织能力、时间管理能力和沟通能力。
  • 细致认真,责任心强,能够在快节奏的环境中高效工作。
  • 形象气质佳,具备高度保密意识及良好的职业操守。
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, or other related fields
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Chairman Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English, capable of communicating with international clients.
  • Strong communication, coordination, learning, and logical analytical skills.
  • Solid writing skills, able to draft high-quality official documents, reports, and speeches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong sense of confidentiality and high ethical standards.
