Roles & Responsibilities

Position : IT Infrastructure Manager

Location : Singapore

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our hybrid IT environment (cloud and on-prem). This role requires strong technical expertise in infrastructure, network security, vendor management, and IT governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AWS, Azure, and O365 environments, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Oversee Windows Server infrastructure, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Administer and troubleshoot networks, including firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Lead a small team of engineers and manage external vendors and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, MAS TRM).
• Drive incident, change, and problem management processes.
