Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage logistics and warehouse operations. The role will oversee the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, maintain accurate inventory records, support cost control measures, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics :

Arrange and coordinate unloading areas for incoming goods.
Receive and verify incoming materials.
Provide feedback to the Procurement Department on issued materials and pre-order requests.

Warehouse Operations :

Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and update inventory software for all stock movements.

Maintain accurate paper records of all warehouse transactions in line with company procedures.

Lead quarterly stock takes (March, June, September, December), ensuring records are accurate and reconciled.

Conduct monthly test counts to verify stock against system records and resolve discrepancies.

Investigate and reconcile any inventory variances.

Manage materials cost by updating monthly back charges to projects and processing refunds to Finance.

Act as the key point of contact with drivers, preparing and issuing materials for collection.

Assist in equipment maintenance schedules and records.

Support management on all matters related to logistics and warehouse control.

Requirements :

Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Problem-solving mindset with accountability for accuracy.

Ability to operate forklift
