We are seeking experienced individuals to join our food and beverage team as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Salary varies depending on working experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with effective staff scheduling.
- Promote sales by staying well-informed about current promotions and menu offerings.
- Coordinate food service between kitchen and service crew to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Support sales initiatives by actively upselling promotions and menu items.
- Motivate team members and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
- Train and guide staff to uphold high standards of service quality and consistency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Requirements
