Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with effective staff scheduling.
• Promote sales by staying well-informed about current promotions and menu offerings.
• Coordinate food service between kitchen and service crew to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Support sales initiatives by actively upselling promotions and menu items.
• Motivate team members and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
• Train and guide staff to uphold high standards of service quality and consistency.
