Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist in handling full sets of accounts and month end closing
- Perform daily accounting duties and maintain accurate data on the accounting software;
- Assist in preparation of weekly / monthly PnL Reports and management accounts.
- Assist in preparation of Regulatory reporting to MAS & SGX
- Assist in preparation of documentation including audit and tax filing purpose
- Assist in handling daily cashflow operations, payment and any treasury activities including fixed deposit placement.
- Assist in handle documentation for banking matters, maintain bank reconciliations and work closely with HQ Finance team for finance related matter
- Assist in managing client money segregation and reconciliation
- Handle corporate expenses, staff claims and payments
- Liaise with external parties in tax and annual auditing matters;
- Assist in preparation of yearly budget and on-going monitoring and reporting of budget variances across business units
- Support and undertake adhoc assignment and projects as assigned
