You will play a key role in shaping and scaling services and programmes that strengthen the capabilities of charities and non-profits — Giving Circles, Impact Management, Fundraising Development, BoardMatch, BoardPulse, and Changemakers — designed to enhance governance, leadership, and organisational effectiveness in the sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Service Management & Development
Lead and manage a portfolio of services including :
- Giving Circles - fostering collective giving and community philanthropy.
- Impact Management - building capabilities in outcome tracking and social impact measurement.
- Fundraising Support - developing tools and programmes to enhance donor engagement and revenue growth.
- BoardMatch & BoardPulse - supporting effective board recruitment and governance health assessments.
- Changemakers - nurturing leadership pipelines and strategic talent development.
- Continuously review and improve service offerings to ensure alignment with sector needs and strategic goals.
- Develop and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of services.
- Prepare reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Capability Building & Sector Engagement
Work closely with Charity Account Managers to complement onboarding efforts for charities on Giving.sg — by offering capacity-building support, fundraising readiness tools, and governance development resources that enhance long-term engagement and platform success.Facilitate workshops, clinics, and peer learning opportunities for charity leaders and board members.Identify sector trends and pain points through various engagement efforts to inform programme design and resource development.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience working in programme development and stakeholder engagementAblility to independently manage internal and external stakeholdersService-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindsetSelf-driven and takes initiative to achieve high performance of services and solutionsPlease note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre
