Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a Japanese HQ MNC in precision engineering and advanced manufacturing with a strong presence footprint globally is currently seeking for a Tax Manager, APAC to join their growing team.

The Tax Manager, APAC will be functioning as an Individual Contributor and is responsible for the APAC jurisdiction. Reporting to the Head of Tax, the incumbent will be responsible for direct & indirect tax reporting, tax accounting, transfer pricing and providing tax advisory for all operational activities in the APAC region.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Possess at least a Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in tax with at least 2 years within APAC region
• Working experience in manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding in IFRS
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
