Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will :
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change requests
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Communicateproject status and updates to senior management and clients
- Provide leadership and support to project team members

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industryStrong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedulesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsThorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety requirementsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projectsDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesWhat We Offer
