HR Manager- Singapore

Embark on an exciting journey with an international bulk shipping business as our their new HR Manager and recruitment lead in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to lead the recruitment function for the APAC (Asia Pacific) region, reporting directly to our Head Office in Europe.

Spearhead the recruitment strategy for the APAC region, leveraging your expertise in the maritime industry.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a diverse and inclusive workforce.- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your HR leadership will make a tangible impact.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and general HR, with a strong understanding of the maritime industry.
• Adept at leading the recruitment function, including developing and implementing effective strategies.
• Skilled in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable and proactive in addressing the evolving HR needs of our organization.
