About the Role
Growy Singapore is a fast-growing indoor vertical farming company supplying fresh, locally grown greens to leading supermarkets and restaurants. We’re looking for a hands-on and dependable Merchandising Associate to support our retail and online sales channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, building relationships, and ensuring our products look their best in stores and online.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth execution across outlets and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Online Support
- Carry out merchandising activities across grocery stores such as NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, and other retail partners.
- Support online platforms like GrabMart and RedMart by helping with product listings, promotions, and monitoring product visibility.
- Ensure products are well stocked, neatly displayed, and aligned with brand standards both in-store and online.
Store Coordination
Work together with Sales Manage to build good working relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth coordination and strong shelf placement.Check stock levels and product freshness regularly, and help coordinate timely replenishment.Sales & Admin Assistance
Support the Sales Manager with daily coordination tasks such as completing forms, submitting documents, and following up with retail partners.Assist with product listings, promotions, and collecting feedback from stores.POSM & Display
Ensure Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) such as wobblers, shelf talkers, and posters are properly displayed and maintained.Report any missing or damaged materials to the Sales Manager.Reporting & Feedback
Visit stores regularly to take photos, check competitor displays, and share feedback on product presentation.Prepare simple reports or photo summaries after store visits.Inventory & Logistics
Assist with light delivery or setup of products and display materials when needed, ensuring cold-chain and quality standards are maintained.Working Arrangement
Regular working hours apply 5.5 days a week.Occasionally required to support weekend events such as farmers’ markets, roadshows, or store promotions ( time off in lieu will be provided for these events).Includes travel across Singapore; a fixed monthly travel allowance of $600 is provided.Requirements
Experience : 1–2 years in grocery retail, merchandising, or administrative work preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).Skills : Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills; basic computer literacy.Attributes : Responsible, positive, and comfortable working both in stores and on the move.Physical Readiness : Able to travel frequently and handle light stock when required.Language : Able to read and write in English.Tell employers what skills you have
