Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a global advisory firm headquartered in East Asia specializes in guiding organizations through digital and operational transformation across diverse industries. Known for its collaborative approach, it integrates strategic insight with advanced technology to deliver tailored, long-term solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain End User Computing (EUC) tools, primarily using Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Enhance and support systems leveraging SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and other database technologies on Windows Server.
  • Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall methodology, ensuring structured and timely delivery.
  • Lead a team of 3–4 engineers, driving performance, quality, and accountability.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, particularly the Bank’s IT Department, to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Ensure operational stability and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with direct exposure to banking IT environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end SDLC projects using the Waterfall approach.
  • Strong application development skills in any programming language, with preference for Microsoft Access VBA, .NET, or C#.
  • Solid understanding of database and server technologies, including SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server on Windows Server.
  • Proven team leadership and task management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access components (forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros) is a plus.
