Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Retail Store Associate / Senior Store Associate (Job ID : 19538)

AWS + VB (Depending on performance)
Growing environment with opportunity
Shift work (Have break time)

Location : Central (Near MRT Station)

Job Description :

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Process clothing buy-back transactions and ensure quality control.

Support store management with inventory control and stock organization.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience in a small team preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff in the future.

Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is a must.
