Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join us as Service Crew at our fun and lively karaoke team! We’re looking for friendly service crew to welcome guests, serve food & drinks, and make sure everyone has a great time.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a positive customer experience with friendly, fair, and courteous service
• Handle phone calls for reservations and guest inquiries
• Greet guests and guide them to their assigned rooms
• Take food & beverage orders and serve promptly with accuracy
• Input orders and manage transactions through the POS system
• Register guest check-ins and ensure proper documentation
• Provide basic technical support (e.g., microphone checks, karaoke system setup )
• Ensure cash handling accuracy at the start and end of each shift
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times
• Uphold a neat and professional appearance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
• Work independently and deliver quality service without supervision
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
