Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Design and prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Develop drawings, models, and other design documents.
• Interact with clients through meetings and presentations.
• Foster communication and coordination among team members and external consultants.
• Lead and monitor the architectural design team.
• Manage project budgets and client consultant relations.
• Coordinate with the technical team and prepare reports.
• Present design projects for review and make recommendations.
• Select materials and liaise with suppliers.
• Prepare performance specs and technical documentation.
• Organize client and technical meetings, recording minutes and action items.
• Maintain organized project records and contribute to team efforts.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
