Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees
  • Preparation, facilitating, coordination and conducting of various company training programs
  • Work with internal and external partners to design and develop training programmes
  • Support performance management and appraisal
  • Any other ad-hoc projects / tasks delegated

Requirement

  • Possess Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
  • Preferable experience in training and payroll capacity
  • ACTA qualifications or other training certifications would be advantageous
  • Experience in Logistics / Forwarding would be an added advantage
  • Possess sound knowledge of employment act and statutory guideline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and external parties at various levels
