Job Scope
Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.Prepare equipment for the cooking process.Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.Requirement
