Job description

We are seeking a Business Development (Hunter) who will play a key role in expanding the company's enterprise client base across the SEA region.

This is a highly proactive, outbound-driven role suited for someone confident in identifying new opportunities, opening doors with decision-makers, and closing strategic accounts. You will work closely with the founding team and regional leadership to accelerate growth in key markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, networking).
  • Identify and engage enterprise sales organizations with their sales reps selling high-value products or services.
  • Collaborate with founders to develop strategies, convert accounts, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across the SEA region.
  • Provide market insights to refine go-to-market strategy and product positioning.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS / enterprise / consultative sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in outbound hunting and new business generation.
  • Independent, resourceful, and driven by achieving measurable results.
  • An understanding of the SEA region is a plus.
  • Experience engaging sales-led organizations (real estate, finance, tech, education) is preferred.
