WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, professional shopping experience
• Recommend ECCO products based on customer needs and preferences
• Link-sell and up-sell to help customers find what they didn’t know they needed
• Educate customers on product features and leather care
• Handle after-sales service and manage customer feedback
• Support stock accuracy and assist with inventory tasks
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing store
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive and efficient store atmosphere
