Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Speech Enrichment Trainer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in teaching advanced-level communication, managing students in public environments, and designing meaningful enrichment experiences—including entrepreneurship and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 and advanced speech enrichment classes , focusing on persuasive speech, hosting, debate, and leadership.
• Supervise students during public speaking opportunities in outdoor / community settings (e.g., public roadshows, school events).
• Teach entrepreneurship communication modules , including pitching, project presentation, and persuasive storytelling.
• Organise outdoor visits to places such as elderly homes, charity events, and public community spaces to encourage real-life application of communication.
• Plan and lead student showcases , parent engagement events, and internal competitions.
• Mentor junior trainers and quality assurance.
• Prepare student evaluations and liaise with parents on progress.
