Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Speech Enrichment Trainer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in teaching advanced-level communication, managing students in public environments, and designing meaningful enrichment experiences—including entrepreneurship and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Level 2 and advanced speech enrichment classes , focusing on persuasive speech, hosting, debate, and leadership.
- Supervise students during public speaking opportunities in outdoor / community settings (e.g., public roadshows, school events).
- Teach entrepreneurship communication modules , including pitching, project presentation, and persuasive storytelling.
- Organise outdoor visits to places such as elderly homes, charity events, and public community spaces to encourage real-life application of communication.
- Plan and lead student showcases , parent engagement events, and internal competitions.
- Mentor junior trainers and quality assurance.
- Prepare student evaluations and liaise with parents on progress.
Skills and Experience Required
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Education, Communications, Performing Arts, Psychology , or a relevant field.Certified in Speech & Drama / Public Speaking / Education (e.g., Trinity College London, LAMDA, ACTA, Toastmasters) is a strong advantage.Experience
At least 3–5 years of relevant teaching / training experience.Prior experience with upper-primary or youth learners (ages 9–12).Proven track record in leading outdoor programmes or community-based student projects .Experience in entrepreneurship or leadership education is a plus.Skills
Excellent English communication (spoken and written).Strong storytelling, facilitation, and public presentation abilities.Confident classroom and group leadership.Ability to organise and manage events and off-site student activities.Creative, reliable, and passionate about youth empowerment.Work Pass & Eligibility Requirements
