Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design Coordination : Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project design.
• Design Calculations : Perform accurate calculations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet project specifications and performance requirements.
• Supply Chain Management : Coordinate with overseas suppliers to source materials, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage delivery timelines efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align MEP designs with project goals and adhere to overseas regulations.
• Code Compliance : Apply international building codes, standards, and best practices relevant to the project location, ensuring full compliance throughout the design and execution phases.
• Technical Meetings : Attend site meetings with consultants to review progress and resolve design or implementation issues.
• Drawing Review & Coordination : Study M&E drawings and coordinate works with consultants and sub-contractors to address and resolve any technical or site-related issues.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all M&E works are executed in accordance with approved specifications and drawings.
• Issue Escalation : Promptly inform the Project Director / Project Manager of any technical or site problems related to M&E works.
• Site Supervision : Monitor and supervise the progress of M&E works on-site to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Sub-Contractor Coordination : Oversee and coordinate sub-contractors’ M&E work to ensure alignment with the project schedule and quality expectations.
• Ad-hoc Duties : Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Location : Bugis

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri

Salary : $5500 - $8000
