Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a leading multinational bank in Singapore, is hiring for an experienced Front Office Trading Systems Application Support on a 2-year contract . Step into a mission-critical role supporting and troubleshooting low-latency trading applications at the heart of global markets, across FX, Rates, and Credit.

You will be

Provide 1st and 2nd line application support for FO Trading and Ecommerce platforms during APAC hours
Troubleshoot and resolve real-time production issues, including P1 / P2 incidents; perform root cause analysis and post-mortems
Proactively monitor system health and performance, improving stability, automation, and incident prevention

You will need

6+ years of relevant experience in IT Applications Support - ITIL basic knowledge or understanding between incident ticket and problem tickets

Strong SQL and Python skills for investigation, automation, and diagnostics

Experience supporting trading applications in FX, Rates, Credit, or other fixed income markets
