Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative responsibilities related to motor and general insurance.
• Liaise with insurance providers and internal / external customers regarding new and renewal quotations.
• Handle showroom insurance sales and manage renewals for the existing customer database.
• Supervise motor insurance sales operations.
• Facilitate the processing of insurance documents.
• Uphold ethical practices in all business dealings.
• Ensure the needs of both customers and the company are met.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
