About the Company
We are a fast-growing retail company dealing in daily essential products including canned food, rice, fresh fish, and meat. With multiple retail branches, we are committed to delivering quality and value to our customers across various neighborhoods. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage branch performance, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Oversee operations and performance of all branches to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and retail expansion
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure product availability and quality
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and KPIs to recommend improvements
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key customers
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing branch management teams
- Prepare regular business reports for management review
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or retail operations, preferably in FMCG or grocery retailStrong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outletsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesProactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approachFamiliarity with supply chain, inventory, and merchandising in the retail sectorProficient in MS Office and relevant business software toolsMinimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldWorking Hours
5.5 to 6-day work week, including weekends if required for branch visitsTravel between branches requiredTell employers what skills you have
