Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Manages client assets by overseeing the entire assets lifecycle from delivery, asset tagging, withdrawal, deployment, collection and disposal of asset.
- Guide, coach, and driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and the asset management function.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., service delivery manager, desktop engineers) and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer) to ensure a holistic approach.
- Weekly meetings with customers to update asset status, needs, risks and progress.
- Provide regular asset management reports, maintain accurate asset records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Regular update of Asset Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and ensure team adhere to the SOP.
Qualifications / Skills :
Team Leadership experience.Asset / Logistics Management experience.Detail oriented and highly organized.Strong time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Proficiency with asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and other relevant tools is an added advantage.Others :
Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.Above 21 years old.Individual is not under the Casino Exclusion or Visit List.Comfortable with walking long distance (10-15mins) within customer premise.Comfortable with moving or carrying items such as laptops / desktops / monitors for store to store transfer, if required.Tell employers what skills you have
