Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field. 3–4 years' experience in shipping coordination or export documentation. Knowledge of Incoterms, trade compliance, and customs procedures.Experience in L / C handling, document checking, and coordination with banks. Familiar with Global import / export procedures and local forwarders, including coordination with customs and port authorities. Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end shipment and order fulfilment, from purchase order to on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, shipping lines, and consignees to arrange sea / air bookings and ensure schedules are met.
- Prepare and verify key export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Import / Export Permits, and L / C or DA / DP documents.
