JOB SUMMARY
Work closely with members of the SOD team to ensure
- successful implementation of strategic projects
- strengthening of organisation culture and
- effective fundraising for strategic projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support project management and implementationExecution of culture-promoting initiativesFollow-up with donor engagements and closing of donations prospectingJOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in culture building within an organisationProfessional and positive engagements with internal and external stakeholdersSystematic and organized, able to multi-task and oversee multiple timelinesEffective translation of strategy to outcomesTimely and effective delivery of resultsOpen to learning new domains of knowledge related to the project on handExperienced in project management and people engagementStrong communication skills (able to speak / write clearly and succinctly)Strong accountability and independent workerDetailed and meticulousResourceful and matureAdept in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint);Experience using software applications such as Canva and / or having research / editorial experience would be an advantageTell employers what skills you have
