Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

This candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating of the company's financial and accounting activities; ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to the Management; and performing general adminstrative work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform financial and management accounts related activities such as book-keeping and the preparation of reports pertaining to GST, company tax and other related documents for external auditor.
  • Reconcile and monitor cash activity; preparing of payment vouchers, claims and reimbursement etc.
  • Conduct daily sales check, input sales figures, salesman commission and product incentives.
  • Prepare monthly sales report for individual outlet and individual saleman.
  • Provide administrative support to business operation activities.
  • Liaise with external auditors, shopping malls and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting or related working experiences. Need to possess good understanding of accounting and financial related tasks such as AP / AR. Woking experiences in retail companies / industry would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - words, Excel, etc.
  • Communicating and liaising with Mandarin-speaking salesman
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Possess an inquisitive and positive mindset and is detailed and task-oriented.
  • Willing to work night shift / Ovetime.
  • Singaporean or SPR only.
