Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated System Test Manager to lead our testing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities, defining effective test strategies, and managing resources to meet project timelines and quality standards. The System Test Manager will also provide support during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, as required.

Requirements :

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project requirements and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to ensure high productivity, quality, and motivation.
• Collaborate with project managers, software managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and define testing scope.
• Oversee test execution across all phases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Define, monitor, and report key testing metrics, providing regular updates on progress, quality, and risks to senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to software releases and deployments.
• Manage test environments, tools, and automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes through feedback and retrospectives.
• Coordinate testing activities with external vendors or partners, as needed.
• Provide support for testing activities during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
