Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Conduct 1-to-1 online / offline (@Novena) lessons
Conduct group online / offline (@Novena) classes
Create an engaging learning experience for students
Inspire and motivate students to excel in attaining their objectives for having tuition classes : be it exam preparation and academic improvement
Monitor learning progress and periodical exams
Prepare and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences
Communicate clear objectives for students learning activities

Requirements :

A good Diploma / Degree in Physics subject preferred

Familiar with government schools syllabus, or O / A Level, IGCSE or IB programme

Passionate in teaching and inspiring teenagers

High level of professional integrity and good work ethic

A team player and a self-starter, open to feedback and willing to take on new challenges.

Flexible, able to manage change and ambiguity well and able to work under tight deadlines.

Relevant teaching experience (preferred)

Adept in learning new educational tools and software where necessary

Able to work on evenings and weekends
