Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Product Leadership

• Combination Lead of and manage execution of transaction and client coverage including: valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and other key decision makers in the company
• Develop sector expertise and thought leadership content to support business origination effort
• Collaborate with other product and regional teams to deliver comprehensive service to client
• Business and industry research and analysis
• Preparation of transaction marketing materials and client deliverables
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by the senior bankers
• Development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers
• The role is based in Singapore but may involve travel to priority markets for origination and execution work

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of investment Banking experience within SEA region
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Industrials and/or Infrastructure sector
• Demonstrated experience in management minimum of one deal processes end to end from origination to closing
• Prior experience in working with infrastructure investors and strategic investors within the sector
• Minimum 6 years of investment Banking experience within SEA region
