Project Manager (Up to $7000 / Yio Chu Kang)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : Project Manager (ID8373)

Location : Yio Chu Kang, Singapore

Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm

Salary : $6000 - $7000

Job Description :

• Managing the project planning construction works at the site.
• Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans / construction drawings, quality standard procedure, safety requirements & in a timely manner.
• Implement quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring all work complies with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
• Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management / consultants / clients.
• Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays that may arise during construction.
• Oversee the acquisition of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
• Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
• Preferably experience in local private residential or landed houses project.
