Your
mission
The Consultant at EHL
Singapore (Campus) is a client-facing role focused on delivering
consulting mandates, developing business opportunities, and
managing key client relationships across the Asia-Pacific region.
The role involves leading project delivery with a strong analytical
approach, while also supporting the implementation of Hospitality
& Service DNA and Executive Education programs in collaboration
with faculty. The Consultant contributes to the Singapore Office's
growth and visibility, working closely with campus teams and the
Innovation Hub. The Consultant shall contribute to the ideation,
packaging, and market testing of new B2B education products
developed by EHL Group, with input on regional relevance and client
value.
Your responsibilities will
include
Consulting
Delivery
Lead current
education consulting mandates including existing academic
certification and VET by EHL projects, aligned with client
objectives and EHL Group's standards.
Develop
tailor-made proposals for new mandates, including the preparation
of scope, objectives, and delivery.
Conduct
stakeholder interviews and gap analyses to develop reports,
feasibility studies, and business cases.
Deliver client-facing sessions including audits,
workshops, and alignment meetings.
Drive the
development and delivery of Hospitality & Service DNA projects,
embedding EHL's service excellence methodology in client
organizations.
Mentor junior team members in
business framing, client interaction, and project
delivery.
Collaborate with the Singapore
Campus, faculty, and global teams to co-deliver mandates and drive
expansion into new markets.
Support on
Innovation Hub initiatives through business-focused input on select
projects.
Business
Development & Client Relationship
Management
Manage
client relationships across new and active mandates to ensure
delivery success and long-term engagement.
Contribute to business growth across markets assigned to
the Singapore Office by generating leads and securing
deals.
Support territory strategy, market
intelligence, and performance tracking in close coordination with
different EHL business segments and regional offices.
Represent EHL Group at regional industry events,
conferences, and forums to elevate brand visibility and open new
commercial
opportunities.
Prerequisites
and personality
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related
field.
At least 5 years of experience in
hospitality consulting, education and business development,
preferably with experience in the Asia-Pacific region.
Experience with delivering client-facing mandates and
conducting comprehensive business assessments
Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships
and contributing to business acquisition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with
fluency in English. Conversational fluency in a regional language
is welcomed.
Willingness and ability to travel
frequently across the Asia-Pacific region to meet business
objectives.
