Account Executive - D12 Balestier, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle quarterly GST submission and receivables
• Perform Accounts Payable function (i.e process invoices and payments)
• Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations & etc
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors
• Liaise and communicate with internal related departments
• Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards
• Preparation of monthly cash flow
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Prepare software Skills IFCA ,Others
• . Minimum 2 years of experience in keeping full sets of accounts in construction industry
