Job descriptionMin 5 years’ experience in similar capacity with supervisory role preferred Excellent interpersonal and people management abilities Min 1 year experience in craft cocktail programs In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and hospitality Experienced in mixology, bartending and beverage innovation Be self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision, and displays initiative Key person running the bar operations and maintaining quality beverage standards Mix a wide range of classic cocktails and serve in timely manner Ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the bar area Work closely with all the departments to ensure smooth operations flow Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences Able to monitor an operating par stock of OS&E Promote sales through direct guest contact Check daily opening and closing duties Must be able to work evenings and weekends
