As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with the product strategy team to conduct research and analysis within the recruitment technology space. Your work will focus on gathering market and user insights, evaluating trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making to guide product development and business initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research on the recruitment technology market and emerging trends.
- Support competitor benchmarking and data collection on industry best practices.
- Analyze recruiter workflows and candidate journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating product performance and user engagement using data-driven methods.
- Contribute to internal reports and outcomes that track business metrics and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
