Job Description

  • Dive deep into communication protocols such as Ethernet, UEC, and UAlink - research, interpret, and help translate technical standards into practical solutions.
  • Work closely with our R&D teams to design simulations, build test cases, and validate protocol implementations.
  • Use tools like MATLAB, OPNET, and AI-powered analytics to process and analyze protocol performance data.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration and project execution.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and help shape how new internet protocol standards are applied in real-world products.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Communication Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you've covered modules such as Principle of Communication, Data Encapsulation / Decapsulation, OSI Layers, Fourier Transform, Computer Communication / Networks .
  • Experience (academic, project, or professional) with network protocols, data transmission, or communication systems.
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog and simulation / EDA tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down technical complexity.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for reviewing technical documents and collaborating with international teams.
  • A proactive learner who thrives in team-based, fast-moving R&D environments.
