Roles & Responsibilities

• Draft professional and empathetic communications to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Assist in managing and responding to customer complaints and feedback.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor trends in customer feedback and suggest solutions.
• Contribute to reporting on service performance and improvement projects.
• Support other service excellence activities as needed.
