Roles & Responsibilities

Up to $13,000 basic + Bonus + Benefits
Permanent role / 5 workdays / HQ located at east area, short walking distance to MRT station.
Having at least 8 years of BDM / Commercial and Tendering experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
Having consultancy network experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Our clients are leading A1 main contractors diverse in civil, building and infrastructure project.

Job Responsibilities :

The Regional Business Development Manager reporting to Managing Director.

Responsible for Civil Infrastructure portfolio and Building portfolio.

Responsible in lead strategic efforts to expand the Company’s presence and revenue streams across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsible in identifying new markets, building partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and supporting proposal development.

Coordinate business development activities across regional offices.

Identify and pursue new Civil & Building projects opportunities in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

Develop networks with consultants (e.g. cost / design) to support project leads.

Grow and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Lead proposal and presentation preparation for new bids / Tenders.

Collaborate with tender teams on RFP responses.

Represent the Company at industry events and conferences.

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Having at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry is mandatory.

Having main contractor experience in the construction industry is preferred.
