RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the branch to maximize new business opportunitiesand deepen existing relationships, while providing quality inservice delivery in an efficient operation where risks are wellcontrolled. Also ensure that robust sales process, stringentservice standards in compliance with local regulatory requirementsare met by theteam.

  • Take personalresponsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics,including regulatory and business conduct, across StandardChartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliancewith, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations,guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate,mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliancematters.

  • Certifications - CMFAS M1, M5, M6,M8
  • Proficiency in Business Language &Chinese will be preferred as the incumbent will be supporting theNorth AsianMarkets

  • Demonstrate good knowledge of financialindustry
  • 5+ years of Client Acquisition &Management Experience
  • Prior experiencehandling North Asian Markets will be preferred
  • Shows resilience in the face of pressure andobstacles
  • Builds rapport with others andrelates in calm engaging way
  • Shows commercialacumen and has a good understanding of business. Pursesself-development and progressionobstacles
