Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Supervise multiple teams of cleaners across various cleaning sites / projects
• Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards; provide guidance and assistance when needed
• Assist in planning work schedules and manpower deployment
• Monitor and ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and tender specifications
• Implement operational plans to enhance work processes and service quality
• Handle complaints and feedback professionally; maintain good customer relationships
• Inspect and ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and reorder when necessary
• Resolve operational issues and make timely decisions
• Submit daily cleaning reports
• Facilitate effective communication and staff engagement at the workplace
